We want you to love every PawsyPop product. If not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • You request within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used grooming tools

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Clearance items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

4. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
